Founded in the early 2000s by husband-and-wife brokers Jimmy and the late Aida Morada, Morada Realty has been servicing the real estate industry in Batangas for over 20 years. The couple’s journey began when they both passed the Real Estate Licensure Examination administered by the Department of Trade and Industry (now under Professional Regulations Commission). This paved way in establishing what would become one of the province’s trusted firm in real estate industry. The late Aida Morada played a significant role in shaping the local real estate industry. She was the Charter President of PAREB Real Estate Board of Lipa City and the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry - Lipa, contributing greatly to the growth of both the local business community and the real estate profession.

For over two decades, MORADA REALTY (formerly JA Morada Realty) has been a pioneer in the Batangas real estate industry. It has consistently provided exceptional real estate services to both individual and corporate clients and  foreign investors, helping them achieve their property goals with confidence and ease.
